1. No Refund on Completed Services
Once a project (such as a photoshoot, video, creative design, or ad campaign) has been completed and delivered, we generally do not provide refunds. However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:
Incomplete Deliverables: If a part of the agreed project was not delivered as per the final approved scope.
Quality Discrepancy: If the final output significantly differs from the approved concept or proposal.
Service Disruption: If unavoidable technical or scheduling issues on our end prevent completion of the project.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Custom Services Refunds
For design or development services, refunds are issued based on project progress:
Before work begins: 100% refund.
After work begins: Partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones or time spent.
After final delivery: No refunds available.
